I just saw these bags in person and even took tons of photos of my toddler modeling the bags. Let me tell you guys, the bags are extremely lightweight. They feel like your holding a Longchamp nylon bag. Maybe they made the leather thinner? None of them have the weight of, say, an Alma BB (which I have in vernis). The bags just didn t feel right without some weight, considering the price tag. I think I will pass on these.
These are adorable! My pet peeve though, is when designers jump from a large sized bag to a mini that, to me, only looks good when worn with a shoulder strap, and not by the top handle (or risk looking like a child-sized bag). I m average height at 5 4 and would love that denim effect Amazona, but the mini size I don t need as I have many cross bodies and the larger size looks like luggage on the model and will just dwarf me! Bring back small sizes please!! Not to mention that the minis aren t much more affordable than the regular sizes.
Unfortunately, the bag was not practical at all and I have hardly used it. At least I could sell it at a reasonable price. The Loewe was followed by a Gucci New Jackie Hobo in a greenish colour. Also a really nice bag and I got it 50% off in sales which was a brilliant deal. However, although I loved the colour, it did not work with my wardrobe and the bag itself was just a tad too big for my frame. So I also sold this one. It took some time to find out which styles really work for me. I want something that stands out yet is still a classic and can be worn for years. My collection now includes the Chanel Classic Flap as well as the Gucci Soho Disco.

My bag has a coated calf finish, and it has stood the test of extreme use. When I start using a bag on a daily basis,goyard st louis tote, I really use it. I take it to the gym and put it on the floor (I know, the horror!), pit it in my shopping cart at the grocery store, put it on tables and seats. This bag only shows a bit of wear on the bottom corners and a slight scratch in one spot, but otherwise has remained fresh and clean.
Great advice about ebay. I sold a Gucci and the buyer changed her mind so she claimed the bag was not as advertised . She sent it back and I had to refund her amount and she even asked for me to cover the return shipping. I spoke to PayPal about this and they said that my post claimed the Gucci TAG was missing and that it was actually called a Bag CHARMthey basically used a bs technicality against me. I mentioned that the pictures were very clear and showed the exact condition of the bag and that the price reflected the G Tag missing. Basically they told me that there is such a problem with fakes that they ALWAYS side for the buyer even when they know it s probably the buyer who isn t being honest. So what is the point of using them if you have no protection with your sales??? Anyway, thanks for pointing this for others, it s good advice!
