I knew I didn t need a Speedy 30 Azur but I went ahead and ordered it online today!! I have 0 regrets as this was my dream bag. Something similar happened to me last year. I purchased a beige jumbo in May. In october after using it a handful of time the chain was peeling, the gold was coming off. I took it to Saks and they told me it would take 4 months to fix it. I only got back in February. SO ridiculous to spend an enormous amount and have such poor quality.
For a while Pam was looking so much better. Age appropriate clothing, cute short hair I hope she is not reverting back to her former trashy ways. This outfit, besides the bag as it is fabulous, is looking kind of suspect.
I just saw the Lily bag yesterday, a tote. It was GORGEOUS!!! The most gorgeous of all their flower painted bags. Soft leather. But heavy and priced at $5,400. I have to save up. So so so so so lovely and practical too. Sigh. I LOVE Dior, much more than Chanel or any other brand, yet their prices are so high. I am waiting to save up and it maybe a toss between Chanel and Dior for me, with me leaning more towards Dior. Dior overall is more innovative than Chanel and takes more risks.
The point isn t to say OMG Charlize has that bag, I need to copy/paste ASAP. But if a girl of color with a larger frame (a demographic mostly ignored by high fashion houses) sees Gabourey Sidibe rock a luscious leather bag and realizes it could compliment her own beauty, that s fashion magic. And priceless for the designer.
