I called the MK store (not outlet) that I bought it from to see if they sold the screws or could repair it in store- she very nicely told me that they did not but that I could call the MK customer service and order any hardware from them. Well,goyard trunk, I called them. After being redirected and hung up on a couple times, an unidentified lady told me, we don t sell those. You have to send it in. I asked how long it would take, her response- I don t know, the address it on the website. And then she hung up. Needless to say, I did not send my bag in, and I have not purchased any other MK items. Oh. My. God. She looks like the ultimate little girl dressing up in her mum s clothes . The coat is swallowing her, the pants look too loose and long and the shoes look too clunky for her frame. I didn t even notice the Dior bag because I was so entranced by her horrible outfit.
