Well Chanel should able to replace or to give you credit in order to exchange something else at least. I think when you pay more than certain amount of money, then it should come kind of warranty certificate like when you buy any kind of electric products. It is not fare for all of us if those high end design company not provide any warranty policy in my opinion. At least they should give us 3-5 years warranty and able to exchange a new item without ANY EXTRA charge. That s way we would appreciate high standard customer service and keep coming back to buy more. But lately most of designers bags are hideously getting expensive( don t think they are high quality and use too much chemical treatment which cause other trouble )and think not worth to spend. Anyway.
I could possibly justify one of the cheaper ones (i.e. 150, maybe 200) as a (Boozy) Brunch bag where let s be honest, all you need is your ID/Metro card, phone and $40. And of course prayers that your make up stays put and your lips moisturized.
I have one that is quite old and never been used . Has two butterfly s on the front with a magnetic catch. The tag is still on it with a bar code but my I phone can t read it If you can help

I have the 2Jours mini in grey and I die for it. I absolutely love it and am so happy with my purchase. I most definitely feel it is refined elegance in a contemporary way. Really works as a great neutral against my wardrobe. To me the size is just perfect as well. My vote is for the grey bag. You will love it.
Naturally, that leads to enterprising resellers who scoop up as many bags as they can in the European market to sell in Asian countries, where prices are steep. The reseller charges a bit of a markup and makes a profit, the buyer saves some money and still gets the bag and, ultimately, Chanel loses control of its supply chain and all the valuable market data that goes with it. It also muddies the waters when consumers are trying to sort out what s real and what s counterfeit.
I wanted to like this bag but when I looked on the NM website, I saw that the light-colored strap is carried all the way down the side of bag so it hangs flat more like a hobo than a bucket bag. I wish it was all one color on the body of the bag and a truer bucket shape.
Nice styling, but what s it like inside? Is it lined? Is it divided? Is there a zippered pocket for keys? I went to the Gucci boutique last month all prepared to plunk down a chunk of $$$ on a Soft Jackie, only find that it was an unlined, undivided blob. An expensive blob, at that. Nice leather, but as far as usability, a big fat zero. Bought a Saint Laurent Small SDJ instead lined with glorious suede, with dividers galore!
It seems many of us feel this way and I m guessing it goes back to our parents and their parents and so on. We are mostly taught to treat very nice things with super care, and that ends up making it hard to carry/use
