I ve always thought that even if I had millions to spare I would never be the type to own $10K bags in different colors. I think that s ridiculous. I like luxury items as much as any girl,goyard price, but I d feel bad spending that much $$$ on something that s likely to go out of style.
There are plenty of designers whose entrance to the wedding-bag market might seem counterintuitive: Rick Owens, Maison Martin Margiela, Commes des Garcon. (Although I d personally love to see what all of those companies would do with the genre.) Judith Leiber? That company definitely not among them.

The PSll is manufactured in China. Unfortunately so many of these brands produce there and the quality is comprised. A SA from Nordstrom was showing me a Longchamps Honor the other day, the stiching inside was loose. The price point may be under 1,000, but who wants to pay 750.00 for junk?
I saw them at the Boston Copley store yesterday and I thought the same thing- Boy Bag wanna be. It s a shame. I would love to add a Dior to my collection. I love the history of the brand. But none of their bags really speaks to me.
In my mind, the Balenciaga City is already a classic. More than a decade of popularity over a very fickle period for fashion is enough to get it that distinction. That s why it wasn t included! We were thinking more along the lines of what might make the jump in the future.
